the texture is amazing! i absolutely love this! the color is beautiful i like how you didnt make the colors too bright. i also like the depth of the girl. this is a beautiful piece the eyes are gorgeous i would love to see more!

I LOVE the way the texture fades off to the side in this, so cool - the whole thing is beautiful - the girl and the colors - did you make up the acrylic and sand mixture yourself??

I use the sand to give texture, mix with the color and difumino with brush, as well as easy.

i used to use acrylic and sand premixed on a large card then my pastel sticks out and do portraits of people, such a great medium to play with - really holds the layers i think

Really paint conventional or analogue is the first thing that I have done since time ago.
