Underwater with the creatures of the sea,
the metallic submarine goes down with me.
We explore the murky depths filled with the unknown
where all things down there are all different and homegrown.
Fishes that glow and sparkle as they glide by,
with the submarine, we fly by.
In the steampunk submarine clankering along the dark sea floor,
the dreams of explorers do we explore.
We swoop through the skeletons of submerged ships from times ago,
encrusted with lime, covered in weeds, and barnacles do grow.
In this mystical world so far beneath the sun, suspended in the dark sea
shall we discover beautiful, wonderful sights. This steampunk submarine, you, and me. :D

sorry I didn't comment for a while, but I was busy~~
well, better late than never so here is your poem :)

Oh, I love it! Did you make the propeller, or did it come from a model boat or something? Love the paint job. You make cardboard look so much like real metal that I have a hard time convincing myself that it isn't!

The propeller I made a circle of cardboard, the back of the propeller is a piece of plastic toy, and as always, with painting I achieve the look of metal, I'm glad you like this little submarine.

Coooool!

It looks like a, uh, shoe?

Just out of curiosity, steam power needs a heat source; usually fire. How does it work? What makes the steam? You can't exactly burn stuff underwater. Not unless you have a truly massive supply of air.
